The Virginia Chamber of Commerce released its 2019 report card for the members in the General Assembly. Delegates Guzman, Carroll Foy, and Carter received an “F” rating due to their anti-business voting records. Delegate Ayala faired a little better with a “D” rating, and Delegate Roem received a “D+.”
