What will it take for Democrats and their constituents to understand the impact of soft-on-crime Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano? Descano’s campaign was financed by billionaire George Soros.
Staff members at the district office of Representative Gerald Connolly were attacked recently by Xuan Kha Tran Pham, on whom police were called 25 times in the past two years.
One of those calls was on January 12, 2022 when Pham was arrested and charged with four felonies after assaulting a police officer. The charges were dropped by Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano on September 12 “as part of an agreement that ensured that the individual was complying with mental health services,” although between January and September, 12 more calls for service were made to the house (here), some redacted.
Eight months later, the attack on Connolly’s staff took place.
