Constitutional Amendment Would Allow 16-Year Olds to Vote

HJ86 provides that, notwithstanding the requirement that a voter shall be 18 years of age, any person who is 16 years of age or older and is otherwise qualified to vote shall be permitted to register to vote and to vote in local elections. The bill is still in the House of Delegates.
